Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
- A flat shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable pan India, for order value less than INR 5000 or Cash on Delivery (COD). Free shipping on prepaid orders, where order value is above INR 5000.
- Our general delivery time is 10-12 business days.
- If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
- The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
